What is it you wish to see more of in your self or your world? How would you like this world to play out for you? This workshop is here to help you reap the goodness in life.
We will begin weaving the magic of manifestation into our practice through san kalpa - intention. A wonderfully simple practice that you may return to again and again, on or off the mat. We will then move into a yin yoga practice inspired by the wood element and we will begin to embody the energy needed to bring your intention to bloom.
Expect life to change afterwards. Serious manifesting business through the body and mind.

Glastonbury venue Beat Hotel will travel to Marrakech, Morocco for a wide-ranging festival going down at the Fellah Hotel, March 28th through 31st.
And I will be there leading yoga in the day - and probably wheeling about the dancefloor at night. Life is all about balance people.
An extended seasonal yin practice - 3 hours (don’t be scared - this flies by as you enter the yin time hole).
Spring is all about the return of life within the body, a natural time for beginning new plans. Allow yourself to move away from the quietude of winter and get creative, plotting and finding your true path for the year, feel into the higher energy and allow it to grow further. We turn to the wood element within and feel our growth and flexibility around postures.
You will leave feeling vital and nourished.

Yes, I am riding on the coat tails of Valentines day and all its cheesy smaltzy hallmark rubbish. But its a really good reminder to dwell in the heart more. And once we are comfortably dwelling there, maybe we can live from it too. Find a path and a life that fulfils us.
A gentle, compassionate practice exploring the heart energy that resides within.

A practice based around Traditional Chinese Medicine, we work through the meridian lines associated with the season - the lung and the large intestine. This practice takes us deep into release of what we no longer need, physically, mentally and emotionally. All rounded off with yoga nidra and a crystal singing bowl sound bath.
