They say if you think that you are enlightened then go and spend a week with your family.  A workshop to seek out and create space and time for you in the space between Christmas and New Year, a time where we can often feel a little bit in limbo, this is an invitation to ground.

A time of year where we can feel pulled in all directions, whether you love the festive season or feel something else entirely; take some time out to unify your body and mind. A lush and long yin practice with yoga nidra to press pause on life restoring a sense of space and wellbeing.  Carefully sequenced to draw the energy of the coldest and darkest season back into balance within the body, easing away winter ills, boosting vitality for all the body systems.
