A long and luscious yin practice (3 whole hours) to begin to cool the heat of summer and welcome us into Autumn. Restore balance to our bodies energies, rebalance the yang with the yin and begin to take a slower calmer path through the darker months upcoming.
A practice based around Traditional Chinese Medicine, we work through the meridian lines associated with the season - the lung and the large intestine. This practice takes us deep into release of what we no longer need, physically, mentally and emotionally. All rounded off with yoga nidra and a crystal singing bowl sound bath.
