Winter is the natural time to restore our energy and recharge. But often we can feel lethargic and stiff through January, so this is the perfect time to move our bodies, and move out of stagnation.
Inspired by the Traditional Chinese Medicine element of water this season, this day retreat encourages us to flow and find new direction through the darker months. Jump aboard a boat on Bristol’s waterway with Dominique and Pip for a day of yoga, motion and mindfulness.
