Easeful arm balances workshop @ Wild Wolfs Yoga, Bristol

Learn to fly, float and move with ease in this playful 2 hour workshop in which we delve deeper into into easeful movement around the mat and how this transfers when you start to lift your feet off.  

Expect crows of all kinds and a few airborne pigeons and we shall see where we end up!  Some yoga experience is a great idea, but arm balances need not yet be in your practice as our focus will be on easy building of strength and transitions.
