What do you do?

What do you do?  I teach yoga is usually my answer if I am meeting somebody first time round.   Which is true.   I do indeed share those arts, but also so much more…..Underselling ourselves is a very British thing to do isn’t it?

In fact the list of what I have done in the world of wellness is something like this:

Shared practices (yoga, meditation and sound):

One to one

In independent classes

In studios

For corporate away days

Regular offices

At festivals

On my own retreats internationally

On other peoples retreats internationally

On teacher trainings

Consulted on:

studios pre opening

Corporate wellness programmes

Managed:

Yoga studios

Wellness areas at festivals

Created:

A series of sell out workshops

4 part magazine series

Wellness programmes for music and wellbeing festivals in the uk and abroad

Video series for brands

A subscription platform

A whole studio and community

Coached people:

On their own well-being

In the wellness biz

Worked with charities, community interest groups, small local businesses, international household names.

Which makes for a chonky C.V. tbf.

And this is before we even start to look at the other hats - graphic design, photographer, accountant, hype woman etc that I wear.

Experience counts in a mentor.  I have been around the block a few times now - mostly in flow in the last 6 years since I left the world of big Pharma and entered the wellness world all in.  Some of these things I loved, some it turned out I didn’t love so let them go.

You know I am a trained (and certified) performance coach from my big corporate days - so ya girls got the skills to ask you the big questions and hold that space for you too.

If you want a no bullshit mentor  then pop me an email and let’s get you in the going - I work over 6 months, a single afternoon or join the group mentoring “get real that starts in January 2023
