Start the morning with a mug of foraged wellness tea before we commence a deeply restorative session of yoga (very slow, mostly floor based, accessible to all bodies), a singing bowl sound bath & round off the morning with the quiet of forest bathing.
After all that time relaxing, it is then important to recharge & repair your body with a nutritious lunch made by Jan Ostle of Wilsons, using produce from the Estate and Wilsons Farm.
