yin for the heart - the supreme controller @ Now Studio

A journey into the seat of emotion, compassion, and connection.

In Traditional Chinese Medicine, the Heart is known as The Supreme Controller - the sovereign ruler of our internal landscape, the keeper of spirit (Shen), and the source of clarity, joy, and love. When the Heart is in harmony, we feel connected - to ourselves, to others, and to the moment.

This yin practice is an invitation to land. To soften the chest, shoulders, and upper back. To create quiet space for what’s ready to rise. Working along the Heart meridians, we’ll use long-held shapes to gently release tension and offer space to feel into.

You’ll be guided through a practice designed to meet you where you are, with time to settle, breathe, and listen inward. A space for presence and reconnection, without pressure or performance.
