What is in there?

There are slow practices, there are even slower ones, audio meditations for listening and downloading, journalling prompts.

When are the workshops?

The workshop dates are announced on Pip Roberts.com/events and via email to members.

I am struggling financially - is there a discount available?

There are always scholarship and discounted places available. Just email me.

What is the intention behind the good stuff?

The good stuff is here to support you to find small moments of connection within everyday life and to enjoy the occasional longer, deeper slower practice. This is what works well for Pip and she feels yoga should be shared more with less shoulds, moving from love rather than discipline.

I cannot make the workshop - can I have a recording?

Naturally! The recording will be uploaded to the move section - however we really recommend you joining us live.
