4 powerful things for when you are tired but wired (and who isn’t sometimes?!) and need to sleep

Salamba balasana

supported childs pose

Grab a pillow and fold yourself over and into support. Bum towards heels. Take a long exhale and maybe let some noise carry out with it too.

Salamba Baddha Konasana

supported cobbler pose

Soles of the feet come together, knees apart as you settle into pillow supporting underneath your legs. Mayne you have a pillow under your ribcage and head OR maybe the torso is flat on the bed - what feels better in your body and mind.

Viparita karani

Feet up the wall

Pop your feet up the wall - maybe a pillow under your bum too. Trust me the wiggling around into it is worthwhile - the asiest way in IMO is to sit side on to the wall to start, legs out straight then roll onto your back and legs up.

And a sleep meditation to allow everything to begin to settle…… hit the button below…
